Other event types are quoted individually. Final fees reflect guest count, logistics, design scope, staffing and complexity.
A note on your investment: All prices are starting planning fees, not total event budgets. Venue, catering, florals, rentals, photography, travel, additional staff and other vendor expenses are separate. Atlanta and Dallas share the same starting prices; additional travel or staffing may apply. Every client receives a personalized proposal.

We recommend reaching out early to give your event the attention it deserves. Shorter timelines may be accommodated when our calendar and vendor availability allow.
Weddings
Recommended booking notice: 6 months or more.
3–6 months before the wedding: expedited planning fee of 15% of your planning fee.
Less than 3 months: expedited planning fee of 20%, subject to individual review and availability.
Other Celebrations
Recommended booking notice: 8 weeks or more.
4–8 weeks before the event: expedited planning fee of 15% of your planning fee.
Less than 4 weeks: expedited planning fee of 20%, subject to individual review and availability.
Expedited fees are calculated on our planning fee, not the total event budget. An inquiry does not reserve a date; availability and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal.
