Do you offer day-of coordination only?
No. Both of our services involve comprehensive planning and event production. We do not offer day-of-only coordination, decorating-only or standalone vendor sourcing.
What is the difference between your services?
Signature is for an established event design that needs planning and execution. Full-Service Planning & Design also includes original creative concepts, design presentations and revisions.
Are vendor expenses included in your fee?
No. Third-party expenses are separate. Vendors contract with and invoice clients directly, while we coordinate the process.
Do you travel?
Yes. We serve Atlanta, Dallas and select destination events. Travel costs are quoted separately.
How are planning fees paid?
Our standard schedule is a 30% retainer, 35% midpoint payment and 35% final payment due 30 days before the event. Alternative monthly installments may be arranged.
Can I request a quote?
